First 6 teams qualify for Vancouver, another 2 spots will be available for B gourp teams and 7th and 8th team on the championships for later qualification

My name Samoylov Sergey I am the senior trainer on sledge to hockey in Russia.
I shall arrive in Ostrava from May, 6 till May, 16th for participation in work of a forum and viewing of matches of the world championship.
Me following questions interest:
Whether transportation of participants of a forum the airport in Prague in hotel in Ostrava-will be organized?;
Participants of a forum will live in what hotel?
Whether it-is possible to order for me number of a category the standard?
How there will pass procedure accreditation on a forum?
